1. Your Tickets

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded.

Tickets cannot be offered for sale from within The Old Town Hall except from the Box Office by our ticketing team.

Once a ticket is purchased at full price, no discounts or concessions will be made retrospectively.

Refunds, credit vouchers and exchanges will only be offered in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

Refund, credit vouchers or exchange must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets and any associated booking fees.

Only tickets purchased through the Box Office or approved agents are valid for admission.

Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission. Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.

Some performances may have specific conditions of sale. These will be listed on the event pages for that event on this site and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check this before they purchase tickets.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person for certain events.

The Old Town Hall reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.

Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. All customers aged 14 years or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Some performances and/or specific seating areas may have different age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check any restrictions before they purchase tickets. The policy relating to children at The Old Town Hall does vary considerably depending on the individual event and specific event age restrictions or recommendations can be found on the individual event page.

Babies 18 months and under may be admitted with a Babes in Arms ticket available from the Box Office on the day of the event. Children older than 18 months will require a ticket and seat. Please note that not all events allow Babes in Arms.
