PLEASE NOTE:

Depending on how you request to receive your tickets, they will either be emailed to you, or available for collection from the Box Office the day before the performance.

BOOKING INFORMATION

• ONLINE BOOKINGS ONLY - Due to overwhelming demand there will be NO in person or phone bookings for this show. Please do not come to the venue to book tickets
• Tickets are limited to 4 per customer. Bookings in excess of 4 tickets will be cancelled.
• Latecomers may be refused entry
• Reselling of tickets will result in cancellation of the booking

Before making your purchase on the day we would suggest completing the below tasks to ensure you have no issues when booking

• Ensure you can login to your online account at oldtownhall.co.uk/account if you don't have an account we would suggest making one.

ACCESS CUSTOMERS

If you have access needs which mean that you require seats on the front row of the auditorium (Row A) and have not enabled online booking with us, please do so by calling the Box Office on 01442 228091, no later than 6pm on Wednesday 13th May. Any requests received after this time will be dealt with after this show has gone on sale.
