Colourful Minds

This exhibition showcases some of the artwork created by participants on the Colourful Minds course and raise awareness of the benefits of creative wellbeing.

Colourful Minds is an art for well-being course run by Dacorum Borough Council and Herts Inclusive Theatre at the South Hill Centre. This course uses art to manage stress, anxiety, and social isolation in a supportive and friendly environment. Taking on a new art style each week, Colourful Minds participants have created a wide variety of artwork which will be exhibited in the gallery at The Old Town Hall from the 8th of May to the 4th of June 2024. The exhibition runs throughout May in support of Mental Health Awareness Week and Creativity and Wellbeing Week, which take place during the month.

A celebration evening will be held on the 15th of May 2024 from 6pm-8pm. A free ticket can be booked at Herts Inclusive Theatre’s Eventbrite page.
