Colourful Minds
Colourful Minds is an art-for-wellbeing workshop presented by Herts Inclusive Theatre that takes place at the South Hill Community Centre (Cemetery Hill HP1 1JF) on Friday afternoons, supporting adults with social, emotional, and mental health needs to improve their wellbeing through creativity.
This exhibition features work from the current cohort of participants, presenting themes personal to their own mental health and wellbeing journeys. From children, pets, and family to grief, personal struggles, and achievements, this exhibition is a celebration of how art can help process tough times and provide a positive focus and outlet.
Herts Inclusive Theatre are pleased to announce the launch of a second FREE Colourful Minds workshop due to high demand, starting on Friday 8th May 3.15 - 5pm at the South Hill Community Centre. Please email admin@hit-theatre.org.uk for more information on these monthly sessions.
