Enhanced Cleaning Square v1

ENHANCED CLEANING AND HANDWASHING STATIONS

We have installed an array of hand sanitiser units throughout the theatre.  Please use these to keep your hands clean during your visit.  Toilet facilities are also available to wash your hands and are checked on a regular basis.

Our cleaning team will be rigorously sanitising the theatre throughout the day, cleaning all touchpoint surfaces and high used areas.

Face Covering Square v1

FACE COVERING

From the 19 July 2021 legal requirements for visitors to wear a face covering when visiting Indoor venues in England have been removed.  However, we politely request that visitors continue to wear face coverings to protect our team and other visitors to the venue.  We understand that this may be a little frustrating, but please do appreciate that we are a small team and we want to protect our staff and our visitors health and safeguard our theatre for all to enjoy.

Our Front of House staff members will be wearing face coverings as an additional precaution when interacting with visitors.

Face coverings should be viewed as an additional control alongside the key controls of social distancing, hand washing and enhanced cleaning regimes and not instead of.

Access Info Logo v2

ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

We understand that COVID has changed the world we live in but we would like to assure all of our patrons that disabled access continues to be our top priority.  When visiting the theatre disabled patrons will continue to enjoy the same level of access as before

If you do have specific access requirements and this is your first time booking we would always suggest contacting our box office team who can assist with your visit.

You can find more information around access and how we can help on our website https://oldtownhall.co.uk/venue-info/Access

Contactless Payments Square v1

CARD AND CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS

To minimise contact between our team and visitors, we are now accepting card and contactless payments at our box office and bars.  We are still accepting cash payments but we would request that customers pay using contactless where possible to help reduce contact.

We accept all major card providers, including Apple/Android Pay
