Our shows are for everyone!
Booking Access Tickets
Concession tickets are held aside for people who have access needs. These are now bookable online as well as in person via our Box Office, over the phone, or by email.
Before trying to book access tickets online please contact the Box Office on 01442 228091 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can register your access requirements on your customer account. We will then talk you through the access booking process so that you can book your tickets online for any future bookings.
If you'd like to let us know of any additional requirements, would like more details about our venue or the show, or simply want to chat about your needs, please contact the Box Office at email@example.com or call 01442 228091.
Companion Ticket Policy

Relaxed Performances are open to everyone but particularly support people with additional needs. They are primarily designed to support people with autism, learning difficulties, or other sensory and communication needs by providing a more relaxed environment in which to experience a show. At a Relaxed Performance it's OK to move around, make noise or to leave the auditorium.
We provide a free Visual Story to help you prepare for the visit. For the performance itself, we make the house lights a little brighter, soften any loud and surprising noises and remove or amend any moments of audience interaction. We also provide a ‘chill-out’ space so you have the option to be in a quiet room before, during or after the performance.
Live captioning assists people who are Deaf or hard of hearing or benefit from reading the dialogue alongside the action.
Deaf Friendly Shows
Shows that are highly visual with little or no language used are categorised as deaf-friendly.
