If you already have an Access Card, you can link your existing card with our box office system allowing you to book online by using the button below:

If you are a new customer, you can either apply for a FREE digital Access Pass for The Old Town Hall, or you can choose to upgrade to a full Access Card for £15.

Once registered, your Access Card/Pass number will last for three years. For help and support applying, please visit the Access Card support page.

Please Note: Existing access customers will be required to register via the new Digital Access Pass system by 1st July 2027 or use their current NIMBUS Access Card today here.

After the 1st July 2027, All previously held data will be erased and will no longer grant you the ability to book access seats.

All customer affected by this change will be contacted directly to help guide them through the process of setting them up on the new system.

What is the difference between an Access Card and The Old Town Hall Digital Access Pass?

The Access Card is a universal way of conveying your access requirement with organisations and ticketing systems in the UK and beyond.

Access Cards are £15 for three years and can be used at thousands of events.

The Old Town Hall Digital Access Pass is a FREE way of conveying your access requirements with The Old Town Hall only. You still go through the same process and receive a confirmation email with your Digital Access Pass number, but with no physical card. It lasts for three years, and you can always upgrade to a full Access Card at any point for a fee.

Linking my Access Card or The Old Town Hall Digital Access Pass Number to my Old Town Hall Account

When your application has been processed successfully, Nimbus will provide you with a unique Access Pass number via email which you can then use to link your access needs into our system. You can link your card, and, if you don’t have a Old Town Hall account, our system will create one for you.

You then log in with your new account via the ‘Forgotten my password’ button. After you have done this, we simply pull through your requirements directly from Nimbus. When booking tickets online, seats associated with your requirements will show automatically on the seating plans (where there is availability).

If you would like to provide your carer’s details then please get in touch with the Box Office by emailing othboxoffice@dacorum.gov.uk or by calling 01442 228098.

Useful information

If you cannot use online forms, you do still need to register. Nimbus will be able to assist with telephone registration on 0330 808 5108.

Already have the Nimbus Access Card?

There is no need to re-register.

Why is the process changing and how does this benefit me?

By partnering with Nimbus, this will enable us to fully understand the access requirements of our customers and provide reasonable adjustments, such as access to certain seating and essential companion tickets.

Nimbus is a Social Enterprise that has received international recognition for operating the Access Card Scheme. Nimbus is run by, and for, disabled people. The system offers greater privacy, as disabled people with access requirements will no longer need to carry supporting documents or explain circumstances to staff. You’ll only need to supply information once to the Nimbus team, who can then issue you with an Access Card or a Digital Access Pass reference number, depending on which route you choose when signing up.

Our commitment to accessibility remains unchanged!

If you already are on The Old Town Hall’s Access Scheme, we will be in touch to help you with this transition before the deadline on the 1st July 2027.

Our friendly Box Office team is still here to support you if you have any questions or need assistance. For further support, please email othboxoffice@dacorum.gov.uk or call the Box Office on 01442 228098
