Let's Dance

An over 55's dance workshop presented by Dacorum Community Dance

Held every Monday during term time in the Theatre.

Using a combination of classical and contemporary dance techniques along with a range of other dance styles, this 60-minute class offers the chance to improve general well being, be creative, learn choreography, and enjoy yourself through dance.

​Sessions are suitable for all abilities and no prior dance experience is necessary. Specialist dance clothing is not necessary; wear light layered, exercise, or sports-type clothing and you can dance barefoot or with appropriate footwear. Water is available throughout the sessions and tea and coffee is available to purchase after classes.

Happy Parents Happy Baby

Held every Tuesday from 7-9pm in the Cellar Club.

An antenatal class where expectant parents can make brilliant, local friends at the same stage of pregnancy, and learn all the need-to-know information from seven different birth and parenting specialists.

Chair Yoga

Offered by Everyone Active (Dacorum Community Outreach)

Held every Thursday at 10:30am in the Cellar Club.

If you're looking for a gentle way to relax, stretch, and feel good, these chair yoga sessions are the perfect way to enjoy the benefits of movement in a supportive space. Chair yoga is suitable for all abilities, and improves flexibility, balance, and wellbeing.

Herts Inclusive Theatre

Held every Saturday during term time in the Cellar Club.

Herts Inclusive Theatre (HIT) aims to improve the well-being of people, particularly children and young adults, and those who are disadvantaged or disabled.

HIT uses the theatre and the arts to build confidence and develop skills in an inclusive, fun, creative space. Through these activities barriers about disability are broken down, encouraging participants to work together on an equal level and without prejudice.

These fully inclusive arts and theatre activities are led by experienced practitioners; workshops are open to all and are especially welcoming to those with learning and physical disabilities.
